Noida: The Greater Noida Authority revoked allotments of about 1173 residential plots along with 25 industrial plots and 12 institutional plots on 8th October. The cancellation of allotments was the decisions of the Greater Noida Authority which were taken due to non payment of the pending dues from these plot owners. The decision of the cancellation will affect overall about 1200 plots situated in various sectors of the Noida.The Greater Noida Authority is under the debt of many banks and financial institutions. The authority is suffering through a huge crisis hence it is taking extreme steps against defaulters of such properties. Non payment of such defaulters has created an extra burden on the authority.The Greater Noida Authority issued notices to such property owners which have failed to pay up three consecutive dues against their plots and plots of such owners have been de-allotted by the authorities. Notices have been sent to many plot owners which will lead to cancellation of plots in the near future according to the provisions stated by the authority.The allocation of these plots was done through various schemes by the authority. Few of the allotted plots date back to the year 2009 and since then the authority has allotted numerous plots in the city. The authority has issues property cancellation notices to the plot owners which will lose their allotted plots.Manvendra Singh, DCEO of Greater Noida Authority said that the cancelled plots will be placed for the fresh allotments in various schemes.The Greater Noida Authority aims to collect revenue through fresh allotments of these cancelled properties to lower the burden of the debt from various banks and financial institutes.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
