Well -known real estate company Grihapravesh Buildteck has declared to partner Radius Group which is a technology firm for integrating energy efficient devices in its residential project developed in Noida. This Mumbai –based real estate company will be launching its first project in NCR.The CMD of Grihapravesh Buildteck said that they are collaborating with Radius Group to provide top-notch energy efficient services to its customers. The residents would get an itemized bill for the consumed electricity.With an investment of around Rs. 280 crore, this housing project comprises of 500 dwelling units. The company has already spent around Rs. 175 crore and 70% of the project is already been sold. The flat prices which are sold range between Rs. 60 lakhs to Rs. 2 crore. The tie-up with the technology firm for providing energy-efficient devices would cost an additional amount of Rs. 5 crore to the realty company. The project construction started in 2011 and is expected to get completed by next year.The CMD further added that this would indeed be the first project in our country which is compliant Machine to Machine (M2M) communication technology, based on concept of green building.Grihapravesh Buildteck headquarters in Mumbai and has completed total 5 projects in Mumbai and Pune. Presently this real estate firm is working on 3 projects; two is developed in Pune and 1 project in Noida. In total these 3 projects comprise of 1500 flats.Radius Group is a Gurgaon based technology firm that deals with designing and supplying modern technology solution.
