Hyderabad: The bifurcation of Telangana has stirred the real estate market of the Hyderabad city which resulted in a rise of real estate demand in various parts of the city. Adjacent areas of the Outer Ring Road have observed increasing demand in the past few months. The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has been working on various infrastructure developments in and around the city.The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority has decided to invest about Rs 44 crore for the maintenance of the Outer Ring Road stretches at various locations. The locations between which the maintenance work of the Outer Ring Road will be done include Gachibowli to Shamshabad, Shamirpet to Pedda Amberpet and Patancheru to Shamirpet and the work will be completed in the next three years.The municipal administration and urban development (MA&UD) department has agreed on the maintenance work and has issued a GO (No. 424) in the last week. The Outer Ring Road has been damaged at various locations due to accidents; crash barriers, boundary pillars, and guard stones need to be attended immediately considering the safety of commuters traveling every day on the ORR.Outer Ring Road also needs to get rid of potholes along with proper replacement of damage structure, and maintenance of median plantation etc.The municipal administration and urban development (MA&UD) department will appoint a supervision consultancy to look over the maintenance work of the Outer Ring Road along with operation and maintenance (O&M) contract which will complete the work in uniform time frame for all the stretches of the Outer Ring Road.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
