With respect to the rising demand for residential projects in Pune , Kolte-Patil Developers, Pune-based, renowned real estate company has announced four new mixed-use housing projects in the city. The ultra-luxurious projects for the high-end segment would be priced around Rs. 1 crore to Rs. 5 crore.Out of these four projects, two of them named Tuscan Estate Signature and Downtown respectively will be located in Kharadi whereas 24 K Glamore will be developed at NIBM road- Undri and 3rd Avenue at Life Republic close to Hinjewadi.
