Nashik: The Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) has decided to take back industrial plots in its Nashik industrial estates which are kept undeveloped over the years. Owners who have not developed the properties allotted to them will have to give the plots back to the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC).Plots in Sinnar Industrial Estate were given in between the 1994 to 1999 and many entrepreneurs had obtained these plots. Three of the owners have not taken the development of plots or have not obtained the building completion certificates (BCC) from the authority. They have been asked for reasons behind the undeveloped plots in the industrial estates which were allotted about 19 years ago.About 40 entrepreneurs did not develop their plots in the sinner industrial areas. Out of these, three entrepreneurs were given the notices. These entrepreneurs did not start any development on their plots hence they have been advised to show the reasons. The remaining 37 entrepreneurs having plots in Sinnar, Vinchur and Peth industrial estates will also be served notices in coming future; these entrepreneurs haven’t developed their plots in 10-12 years.MIDC officials said that the entrepreneurs were given these plots in 1994 to 1999 and it was mandatory for them to develop these plots within the five yours from the plot allotment. Plot owners also had to take their BCC from the MIDC authority but many of them haven’t taken such BCCs from MIDC.The plots allotted were in the sizes of 800 square meters and 1000 square meters. The MIDC has decided to take back the plots from the allotted entrepreneurs.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
