Bangalore: The issue pertaining to land grant outside the Bangalore city and other cities spread across the state has been referred to the cabinet. The state government informed the high court that the issue has been referred to a Cabinet Sub-committee. A letter concerning this effect has been placed by the principal secretary.The decision has to be taken to avoid granting of land in any place to a landless person and also within the outer limit of 19-25 Km radius from the outskirts of Bangalore city. The grant of land must be avoided to the landless person if the granted land comes in the various lands surrounding cities and municipalities according to the prescribed grant rules.The decision was given by the Justice Huluvadi G Ramesh by stating that the court will wait for a decision from the government and he further adjourned the hearing of a related petition to 2nd December 2013.There are specific land revenue provisions and notifications which state that the land should not be granted within 19 km of the outer limit of any city in the state, especially in Bangalore city.The court said that this is the high time that state government should note that, there are specific rules for granting land to the landless persons and they need to be followed for the better future development prospects of the city.The land grant issue needs to be considered with future prospects; hence it is necessary that notified rules and provisions for granting the land to the landless people must be followed properly by the state government. займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
