New Delhi: National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC), a state-owned construction company, headquartered in New Delhi is planning to build 10,000 housing units within next 5 years. The company will be investing about Rs. 6,000 crore for developing these housing units.The Chairman and Managing Director of NBCC said that the company has till now acquired 145 acres of land for the construction of these projects. The projects would not be costlier than the market cost and there would not be any hidden cost or uncertainty. After an annual general meeting, he said that the company has decided to spend Rs. 400 crore during this financial year in a particular segment with an aim to expand the real estate projects in every state. NBCC will be developing five projects within this financial year out of which two at Okhala and Alwar have already been launched. The company is planning to launch 2000 housing units project in Ghitorni.He further added that besides the housing project in Ghitorni, the company will be developing 250 acres of land in Ghitorni. This project will comprise of residential as well as commercial area and the company would invest around Rs. 15,000 crore. 80% of the area will used to develop residential projects.He also said that the company is involved in re-development work too and has started with East Kidwai Nagar project worth Rs 5,000 crore. This is a self-sustainable project developed on 1.5 million sq ft area and booking for Rs. 4000 crore has already been done. The project comprise of 400 housing units which will be given on lease to the government and PSUs.The government has handed the redevelopment work of three more companies to NBCC which will include a cost of Rs. 15,000 crore.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
