- If the land owner wants to escalate the rent of the property then it must be mentioned in the agreement along with the escalation rate for particular time period.
- The provisions regarding the use of the property must be noted in the rent agreement which includes cleaning of the property. Maintenance and repairing terms must be mentioned in the rent agreement. The maintenance payment details also need to be stated in the rent agreement.
- The restriction like movement, parking usage, water usage, etc must be mentioned in the agreement to avoid conflicts and issues.
- The notice period must be mentioned in the agreement for the tenant so that he/she can search for another alternative.
