Mumbai: Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada) has relaxed the rules for lottery winners and allowed them to rent out their flats on leave and license basis for five years after getting possession. It is estimated that this new relaxation will benefit about 5000 winners of Mhada lottery over the past three years. Mhada will decide the amount to be levied of winners to issue a non-objection certificate for renting out the flat. It may range around Rs 2000-5000 based on the status of owner (economically weaker section or higher income group). The flat owners will have to submit the L&L agreement to Mhada if they are renting out their house. Many times it has been seen that the owner (who won the lottery) is transferred to another city for work. In that case what will they do with the flat? Thus allowing them to rent the flat is a better choice. This will also aid the state government’s revenue.Mhada is always at front in helping the citizens, majorly that belong to weaker sections. It has planned to redevelop slums, construct around 20,000 affordable housing units and also encourage people to carry structural audits of their buildings in the wake of building collapse cases in Mumbai.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
