Delhi: Instead of taking effective measures to correct the estimation of properties under the net of property tax, something weird has come through. It has been seen that the number of properties in the South Delhi Municipal Corporation decreased by a massive 43,000 in the last three years. According to the record, the total number of properties has been fallen from 4,42,388 in 2011 to 4,26,721 in 2012 to 3,99,028 in 2013. The issue has been raised in a meeting between the corporation officials when it is found that the tax revenue has been increased however the number of properties decreased somehow. The assessor and collector of the South Corporation has confessed about the reduction in number of properties. He also said that there is a valid reason for the decline as 12 municipal wards of west zone were transferred to North Corporation. However two wards were transferred to South Delhi Municipal Corporation from North Corporation. So in total 70,000 properties were shifted to North Corporation which makes a difference of 26,000 properties. If we go with this calculation, the number of properties has been actually increased according to the corporation officials. But the valid point is that there are many properties of which the tax department has no records. Serious attention in numbering the properties is required in this situation.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
