Haryana Agrees for Affordable Housing Policy

affordable-housing-projectChandigarh:  To provide dwelling units to the Low Income Groups (LIG), the Government of Haryana approved Affordable housing policy. This policy would provide homes at affordable prices through grant of license.The State Cabinet under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister declared in the meeting that this policy will guarantee increased supply of affordable units for the deserving beneficiaries of the urban areas. The state government is planning to deliver about 1, 25,000 low-cost housing units which would be of 500 sq ft carpet area located in urban localities of Haryana. According to an official spokesperson, the housing units will be developed through capital investment of private sector within next five years.About 6 lakh of the population belonging to lower and lower middle class can be benefited with this affordable housing scheme in the urban centers of Haryana within the period of next five years. According to the policy, the size of apartment may range between 28 sq m to 60 sq m carpet area. The housing development plans of Gurgaon, Panchkula, Pinjore-Kalka and Faridabad would be priced around Rs. 4,000 per sq ft of carpet area whereas the development plans in other high and medium potential cities would cost around Rs. 3,600 per sq ft and in the lower prospective zones its Rs. 3000 per sq ft.In case of any negligence regarding the completion of project, as a matter of security the colonizer would be asked to provide bank guarantee against total realization of the housing project at the rate of 15%  for development plans in areas like Gurgaon, Panchkula, Pinjore-Kalka and Faridabad and 10% for the development plans of the other remaining areas.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
