New Delhi: Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has given the approval for the land Pooling Policy. This Land Pooling Policy will help government with easier acquisitions of land for various housing projects.DDA will use 50 percent of the pooled land for the development of the economically weaker sections (EWS) which will develop housing projects dedicated only to EWS.Delhi Development Authority was facing a hard time while acquiring lands for housing developments. This new policy, approved under the chairmanship of Lt Governor Najeeb Jung, will enable public-private partnership in land assembly in Delhi.Land owners taking part in land pooling were getting minor compensations; but with this new policy, Land owners will be able to own the 40 to 60 percent of the land after development.Land Pooling sizes will be divided in two categories, one comprising of lands in the range of 2-20 and other would be lands measuring 20 hectares and above. 48 percent of the first category will be used for the development by DDA whereas from the second category DDA will use 60 per cent of the land.DDA has chosen a new approach under which it will create plans through GIS technology with superimposition of land use on the revenue maps. With the approval of new policy, relevant amendments would also be imposed on various Land Development acts.Approval of land pooling proposals or projects will be given through a new system by DDA with implementations like online submissions along with computerization of land records.DDA is targeting a development of approximately 24,000 hectares of land which is predicted to accommodate a population of about 48 lakh in and around Delhi.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
