Hike in Industrial Development Charges in Nashik

nashik-industryNashik: The Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) has henceforth decided to revise industrial development charges every year. The MIDC will modify the rates as per the ready reckoner rates decided by the state government of Maharashtra.The state government revises the ready reckoner rates every year and these rates are used as a benchmark while calculating the market values of the residential and commercial properties. The market values defined by the ready reckoner rates are used for stamp duty and registration charges.The development charges in Nashik have been increased for the industries and the rates will come into force from this year. Earlier, the development charges were around Rs 20 to 30 per square meter; with the new hiked rates it has been increased to Rs 150 per square meter. The rates will be effective from January 1 to December 31 every year.The industrial estate situated in the interiors, away from the main road, will have development charges up to Rs 150 per square meter; for the plots adjacent to the main road development charges will be Rs 259 per square meter.Hike in the development charges is a decision of the state government of Maharashtra under policy decision of MIDC.Satpur and Ambad industrial areas in Nashik Municipal Corporation are under the MIDC jurisidiction which will witness the hike in development charges. These Industrial areas have about 3500 industrial units each ranging from small to large units.This decision has received objections from the Nashik Industries and Manufacturers’ association (NIMA) and Ambad Industries and manufacturers’ Association (AIMA) giving the MIDC a tough time.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
