Sobha Developers, Bangalore- based real estate company saw a rise in their sales bookings by 26 percent in the April-June quarter of this financial year. Despite of the slowdown in the demand for housing, the company sold more area at higher price.During the last fiscal year in the same quarter, the company sold properties worth Rs. 479.4 crore while this year the sales increased to Rs. 602.8 crore. As compared to last financial year, the company sold 10% additional area at Rs. 9.2 lakh sq ft in the Q 1 of fiscal year 2013-14. In cities like Bangalore, Trichur and Chennai, the real estate business performed credibly in the current financial year.There was a concern due to the slowdown in the real estate market but the company noted that the launch of their mixed development project in Bangalore was doing well. According to the company, their sales booking in the first quarter have fallen in the NCR market. The company expects the market to pick up on the basis of positive factors like employment and demographics.The company had given guidance for its operation during the beginning of this fiscal year. Sobha has launched its projects in cities like Pune, Coimbatore and Mysore. The company sold an area of 37.55 lakh sq ft for Rs. 2,215 crore during the financial year 2012-13. For the financial year 2013-14, the company has targeted new sales value for Rs. 2,600 crore and sales volume of 4.2 million sq ft. the expected price realization for the financial year 13-14 is Rs. 6,200 /sq ft.Despite of the fact that the economic condition continues to be challenging, the company is certain about achieving its guidance for the fiscal year 2013-14.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
