Delhi: The Union Cabinet on Thursday approved the establishment of National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC). Once NCRTC is formed, it will carry out the construction of three Regional Rapid Transit System corridors which will connect Delhi with panipat, Alwar and Meerut.The development of Panipat, Alwar and Meerut corridors will provide fast and comfortable to National Capital Region. Infrastructure and development in the NCR has witnessed utmost growth in past few years which further led to the various connectivity issues. The development of these three corridors will improve the connectivity of NCR region.NCRTC is formed with initial capital of Rs 100 crore and it may form subsidiary companies for the implementation of every corridor. 22.5 per cent of the initial capital will be contributed by urban development and railway ministry and 5 per cent will be shared by the National Capital Region Planning Board (NCRPB) while the remaining amount will be equally shared by both central and state government.Earlier, NCRPB had prepared a functional plan on Transport for NCR-2032 according to which it has recommended eight Rapid Road Transit System corridors to connect important towns of the NCR.The NCRTC will work on three highly prioritized corridors Delhi-Sonipat-Panipat corridor of 111 km, Delhi-Gurgaon-Alwar Corridor of 180 km and Delhi-Gaziabad-Meerut corridor of 90 km.NCRTC will be set up within a period of two months and once it is established, development of the corridors will be immediately started under the NCRTC.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
