After the consultation with all the stake holders, the act will be ready within 2 to 3 years. The official further added that the new legislation will be equal to both the tenants and the builders. The existing bill was in favor of the tenants .The objective of the fresh bill will be to balance the interests of both tenants and the landlords and will also focus to reduce the number of laws that are related to the property rental disputes. The new bill will also include provisions that would allow the landlord to remove the tenants for his own bonafide requirements.Information and Broadcasting Minister told to the sources that the in-principle approval was given for the withdrawal of the the rent bill. The old law protected the immigrant population from the subjective rental hikes hence it was expected to get replaced by the Act of 1995. The tenants who paid paltry rents were also given protection which would make the landlords helpless as they cannot increase the rentals despite of the huge inflation rates.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
