Delhi: SBI has agreed to fund a 4500 acres integrated township Wave City being constructed by Wave Infratech in Ghaziabad. All the financing of the Wave City projects would be taken care by the State Bank of India because of the statements released by the company after the due diligence of customers.Expected to be one of the biggest high-end townships of the country, Wave City seems grandiose in every way. It is getting constructed along NH24 in Ghaziabad. Recently Wave City has launched its first affordable home project called by the name ‘Dream Homes’.The president of Wave City has expressed joy about this deal as now to SBI will provide easy, hassle free housing loans to the customers. The loans would be assigned on the basis of construction linked plans. He also added that the number of tie-ups with banks would be increased. Banks like HDFC, Axis and ICICI will also be added such that the customers can have options in attaining home loans.Before in business, Wave City has built a smart city in Ghaziabad in partnership with IBM.
