Bangalore: L&W construction has purchased 25 acre land in Bangalore which was facilitated by property consultant Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) India. The land is situated at the prime location Devanhalli, Bangalore and the deal is concluded at Rs 100 crore.L&W construction Pvt Ltd is a subsidiary of Singapore’s Lee Kim Tah Who Hup Pte Ltd and has acquired this 25 acre land for the development of High-end residential project.JLL India Managing Director of Land Services Mayank Saksena said that this deal is an extremely deliberate acquisition for L&W construction and it is one of the biggest land deals of 2013 observed in Bangalore.The land will be used for the construction of high-end, luxurious residential development.L&W construction initiated its project management and construction activities in the year 2006 and has undertaken many property development projects through joint venturing. The development of this project will be done under the extensive expertise of Lee Kim Tah Who Hup, a Singapore based Construction Company.The Land is situated in the Devanahalli sub-market which is the most prominent residential market of Bangalore for premium and luxury projects.
