Coimbatore: Purple Bay Foundation, a city-based real estate interior décor company has planned to enter the world of residential real estate. The company is planning to develop a housing project in the proximity of the hosiery hub of Tirupur.According to a statement by the Chairman of Purple Bay, the hosiery sector of Tirupur almost exports Rs. 12,500 crore garments per year. Therefore to support the garment industry, it was necessary to provide affordable and reasonably priced homes .He further added that the company will make an initiative to deliver affordable homes by developing residences that would measure 683 sq ft, built within 2.63 cents. The houses will cost around Rs. 12.99 lakh at Karumapalayam.The company in its first phase will be developing 68 independent homes. The residences will have 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and balcony including underground and overhead tanks for water supply. This phase is expected to get completed till November 2015.The chairman further added that after the completion of the first phase, depending upon the demand especially from the industries, the company will immediately start offering twin-houses, independent homes as it has almost 23 acres of land in possession.Purple Bay Home Décor Company is primarily a Bath Line Studio that sources the world’s best interior products for the customers of India who wish to live a luxurious lifestyle.
