New Delhi: CHD Developers, a well-known NCR- Delhi based real estate firm is planning to come-up with a commercial project in Gurgaon. The company announced that it would invest about Rs. 150 crore to develop this project.
The commercial project named, CHD Sky One will be constructed on 1 lakh sq ft area, out of which 30,000 sq ft area will be utilized for CHD Group offices and the remaining 70,000 sq ft area would be leased to others. The company has obtained all the approvals that are required to develop this project. The company has already acquired about 2 acres of land on Dwarka Expressway worth Rs. 25 crore. The realty firm has bagged big names like Pei Cobb Freed and Partners Architects LLP for designing the commercial zone. This company has designed the Bank of China.
The company is further planning to tie-up with one of the reputed International University for developing an educational center in this project. This educational centre will boast some short term courses with executive and distant learning programs.According to the developers this extensive commercial project would be a trademark tower in Gurgaon. The company is planning to shift its head office in this commercial tower.
