The government of Uttarakhand had initiated the digitization of land records in the year 2006 in a move to assist the citizens of the state. Now the citizens from all over the 13 districts of the state can check their land records online and get it from the ‘Tehsil Land Records Computer Center’of the village. After the successful launch of website, farmers of the state are easily viewing their (Record of Rights/Land Records) from anywhere.Almost 98% of land records have been digitized. According to the chief commissioner of land administration, with the initiation of online process, there will be no scope of fraudulent act with land records.You can check your land records/Khatauni at http://devbhoomi.uk.gov.in/.Steps to check your Khatauni/Land Records:
- Visit http://devbhoomi.uk.gov.in/
- Select your district from the radio button given of the page.
- Select your Tehsil from the radio button below the district and then click ok.
- Several options will appear in the page. If you want to see your land records then click on ‘Khatauni (ROR)/Khate ki Nakal’option.
- A new page will open in which you have to provide the name of your village, khata no/name of the owner/gata no. After proper selection, your name will appear on the page.
- You can click on your khata no. and check your khatauni/ Record of Rights.
How to obtain the authorized copy of Khatauni/ROR?You can only check your records online but to obtain the authorized signed copy, you have to visit ‘Tehsil Land Records Computer Center’at the respective tehsil of your village.Do much do I have to pay?You have to shed Rs 15 for the first page and Rs 5 per subsequent pages of the record of rights/khatauni.What else can I check in the Devbhoomi website?Apart from your ROR/Khatauni, you can also check village wise compiled information of land in the state, Tehsil wise details of land, Tehsil wise computerized list of villages and area wise accounts of the land.Land records can now be acquired online by citizens of almost every district in Uttarakhand. Hello, you can find all details of land record uttrakhand on devbhoomi.uk.gov.in. But for an authorized signed copy of Record of Right(ROR) you need to visit Tahsil Land Records Computer Center in the concerned Tahsil of you village!
