Gurgaon: On May 30th 2013, the Punjab and Haryana High Court had stayed the construction and selling of property of DLF’s premium high rise residential project called ‘The Crest’ off the Golf Course Road in Gurgaon as an allegation was made by the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) of the adjacent building complex of Park Place.On 12th June much to the relief of DLF Ltd, the Supreme Court stayed operation of the Punjab and Haryana High Court order. Further hearing on the matter will be held on 16th July.The Supreme Court bench which consisted of justices Gyan Sudha Misra and Madan Lokur issued a notice to Park Place Residents Welfare Association whose plea had been the cause of the restriction being put on DLF in the first place.The Park Place RWA’s chief complaint on the basis of which the petition was made to the Punjab and Haryana High Court on May 21 was that DLF’s project ‘The Crest’ is encroaching on the land of the Park Place society that is it is being launched within the floor area ratio of the Park Place.DLF told the apex court on the first day of the hearing that the P & H High Court granted relief to the Park Place Residents Welfare Association and the order amounted to the final relief.The apex court declared that the disputed area covers around 19.33 acres. займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
