Godrej Properties, a part of Godrej group is all set to enter New Delhi with its first venture in Okhla. The company is planning to initiate a luxurious residential project and has inked a development agreement with Southend Infrastructure. It would be a 5-acre group residential project.Wonder Space Properties, a subsidiary of Godrej Properties have signed a development agreement with Southend Infrastructure for the development of the plot in Okhla Phase 1. The land size would be 5.15 acres which is approximately 20877 sq metres. In a statement, Godrej properties said that this will be a high-end residential project which would be strategically located on the main road that leads to Mathura road from Greater Kailash. The realty group believes that the location chosen would help them to flourish more in this region.Currently the company is developing 2 residential projects in Gurgaon. Their new venture with Southend Infrastructure would be their initial project in New Delhi and third in NCR.This Mumbai based company at present is expanding its business widely and currently it is developing residential, townships and commercial projects that are spread over 85 million sq ft in 12 prime locations of our country.
