Property Transactions in Newly Legalized Colonies Remains Struggling

colonies-in-DelhiDelhi: The government’s nod for the sale and purchase of properties in 312 colonies that were transformed from the status of unauthorized to legal doesn’t seem to have simplified the procedures. The ice that remains tough enough to be broken is the ownership rights that are feebly delivered. Some of the colonies where ownership rights related tension have been witnessed are east Delhi’s Pandav Nagar E and F block, Sangam Vihar B 1 block, Gaffar Manzil Extension in Jamia Nagar, Gautam Nagar Hill Block in Gautam Nagar, Subhash Park Extension and Vikas Vihar in Uttam Nagar, Prem Nagar in Najafgarh. Moreover 895 colonies have been regularized from last year yet the problem in sale and purchase remains a struggle. The problem with ownership rights is with the original owners who are generally hard to be found. On the basis of power of attorney, the properties have been registered but most of the times the sub registrar creates trouble if the real owner of property is not traced. The next problem buyers/sellers came across is that most of the flats are built on a single plot with multiple owners, making it hard to find out a policy to get individual flats regularized. In cases of multiple owners, the transaction remains a tough rock. займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
