The Supernova will have 100 apartments designed by Armani Casa and all the apartments will have décor products designed by Armani. Each apartment will be 3,000 to 5,000 sq ft and will be sold on an invitation-only basis. Prior to this, Armani had ties with Mumbai’s Lodha Group and built the World Towers in Upper Worli in Mumbai. Ireo, another real estate firm tied up with Hyatt Hotels. In the tie up they will build Grand Hyatt Residencies. All the services in the apartments will be provided by the Hyatt Hotels. The apartment will be like a service apartment.
