The initial apartment price of Sheth Creators is Rs. 1.5 crore. A studio apartment which is of 500 square feet offered by Kumar Urban Development Ltd is priced Rs. 72 lakh.Real estate sector was witnessing a downfall for past two years mainly due to the inflated property prices and the hike in interest rates presented by banks.Apart from asking developers to lower their property prices even the bank should ease the home loan norms and request the state to give incentives so that the sales can boost up.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
