Delhi Government to Regularize Unauthorized Colonies

coloniesDelhi: The Congress Party had made a big election time commitment in 2008. In 2013 in time for the approaching Parliamentary Election, the Congress is making an effort to fulfill that promise made 5 years back. On Friday, the Delhi government announced the commencement of the first phase for the regularization of unauthorized colonies on privately owned land.In the Delhi Assembly on Friday Urban Development Minister Arvinder Singh Lovely stated that the government has decided to allow purchase, sale and registration of land deeds in unauthorized colonies. It is expected that the authorization of these colonies will lead to drastic rise of land prices in these areas. The move is widely being seen as the Congress Party’s attempt to put 40 lakh resident of 1238 colonies under its charm of generosity and duty.Lovely tabled the order and said, “The Delhi government has fulfilled its promise to allow the registration of sale in transfer of properties situated on private land in unauthorized colonies.”Registration, transfer and sale of these newly authorized land will be done according to 4 categories namely, on land privately owned by individual; land notified for acquisition but where no awards were passed; awarded land, which had neither been possessed nor paid any compensation for and vested gaon sabha land where private owners have physical possession of land.The minister also declared that work on documenting the details of the land status of these unauthorized colonies will start soon and it will include the khasra wise outlines of government and private owned land.With the government having order the commencement of development works on another 40 colonies the total work now covers 1026 colonies in Delhi.In 2012 the government had ordered the authorization of 895 colonies. 300 of these were on privately owned land.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
