Bangalore: A new project is all set to take off in Bangalore which will streamline the ownership registration of the properties in urban areas. According to the proposal, new property record cards will be given to the property owners. This will come under the Urban Property Ownership Record (UPOR) process in which the survey department will be knocking the doors of urban settlers for the verification of property documents necessary to make the card. It will cater all the information related with the ownership and category of the property. It has been calculated that around 20 lakh properties will be covered in the projects, starting form 50 wards in Sanjaynagar, Vasantnagar, Rajmahal Guttahalli, Malleswaram , Vijayanagar, Yeshwantpur, Yediyur, Gayatrinagar, Rajajinagar, Jayanagar East, and Siddapura. The Property Record card will furnish details of land, map, sketch, liability, boundary, type of ownership etc. The scrutiny of lakhs of properties for the making of cards will be helpful both to the owners and the civic body which will then easily monitor property frauds. Once the PR card will be issued, it will be made mandatory to present the card in case of any transaction. This will also facilitate the officials who can easily track the data from the card in place of going through bulk of documents. In order to avail the PR card, an owner must furnish the property registration documents along with other certificates to ensure hassle-free urban property ownership record process.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
