New Delhi: Sobha Developers, one of the biggest real estate firms in India with presence in 7 of the biggest cities namely Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mysore, Thrissur and Coimbatore, has sold properties worth Rs 1,540 crore in the last nine months of the current fiscal year. The company has made 24% higher sales booking compared to the same time period of the last fiscal year. Improvements have been made both in terms of increase in volume as well as average sales realization.The new sales value of Sobha Developers stands at Rs 1,540 crore in the first nine months of this fiscal year. The sales value that was recorded in the April to December time period of the previous fiscal year was Rs 1,237 crore. In terms of volume, Sobha has sold a total of 2.68 million sq. ft of space in the last nine months which is an improvement on the 2.42 million sq. ft of space sold in the first quarter of the previous fiscal. Average sales realization has increased to Rs 5,738 per sq. ft from Rs 5,110 per sq. ft, which is an increase of 12%. Revenue also grew from Rs.315 crore to Rs.431 crore in this quarter, that is, a growth of 37%.As of 31st December 2012, the company’s debt stood at Rs 1,320.8 crore, as against debt of Rs 1,292.2 crore in the last period under review. The average cost of debt stood at 13.58 per cent. But earlier in the week Sobha announced an increase of consolidated net profit from Rs 52.6 crore against Rs 49.4 crore, the net profit as of December 31, 2011.At present Sobha developers has undertaken and completed 83 projects of construction on 20.78 million sq ft of saleable area and is working on 43 projects of developing 17.4 million sq ft of area. займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
