Gujarat: Tatas to enter the world of housing projects. After the triumph of the companies like Godrej and Adani in residential real estate market, Tatas are planning to intoduce new affordable housing projects in Gujarat. The Tata Housing Company Limited has signed a draft with the Government of Gujarat for building reasonably priced residential projects worth Rs. 3,500 Crore in the district of Ahmedabad. Tata had already launched a successful residential venture with Arvind Limited in Ahmedabad. Most of the home-buyers invest in affordable housing projects at the vibrant summit of Gujarat.According to the reports, Hawthorne Development Corporation- Finland based company have also signed a draft, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Gujarat based realty company and is claiming to undertake housing project worth Rs. 15,000 crore .V Suresh, CMD of Housing and Urban Development Corporation asserts that the low FSI of Gujarat is an obstacle for affordable Housing. Apart from that approximately 42% of the population of Gujarat dwells in the urban zone which is stretched out only 3% of the total land area.Anandi Patel, minister of Urban Development and Road and Building Department have been handed over three departments to eliminate the obstacles in urbanization issues which maybe in respect to revenue, town planning etc. Anandi also added that in five years down the line they are entrusted with 22 lakh affordable houses in towns and 28 lakh houses in rural areas of Gujarat.займ на карту без отказов круглосуточновзять кредит онлайн
