Yugal Constructions was incorporated in the year 2001, at an age of 22, by its proprietor Mukesh Chandrakant Karwa, with a desire to create… create spaces which would satisfy one and all and thus give a sincere feeling of 'job satisfaction' for self.
From a single room office, a proprietorship concern and the first residential project, Yugal Constructions has come a long way in expanding its reach and widening its horizon.
Yugal is now stationed in a posh and lavish office space on the commercial street called Bhandarkar road in the heart of the business locale of Deccan Gymkhana in Pune. Under its umbrella, Yugal now has various sister concerns operating in the field of real estate and construction. These sister concerns of Yugal are again an example of the expanding footprint of Yugal in terms of the people and groups associated with it. To name them, it is Tapadiya Karwa Associates, Indus Builders, Unity Yugal Builders & Developers, Nirmitee Yugal Promoters and Builders, Sai Yugal Builders & Developers, Kaizen Real Estate Developers Pvt. Ltd. and Bhat & Yugal Associates.
