Shubhkamna-Epic on Plot No. GH-02/A, Sector-12, Greater Noida-West (Noida Extension) is a Group Housing Project of GAPSEWHO dedicated exclusively to Government / PSU employees. There are 7 categories of dwelling units being built in this project beginning with 2 bedrooms of 895 sq.ft. to 4 bedrooms + 1 servant quarter of 2300 sq.ft. The emphasis is to cater to all categories of government employees. It would be the effort of the Organization to maintain natural environment, ensuring affordability without compromising quality.
