Sumashaila Township is a gated community project with a total of 118 plots. All are independent 2 & 3 BHK houses with individual compound wall. All houses face either East or West direction. Township features include black top roads, street lighting, electrical lines & transformer, underground drainage lines, HDPE water lines & supply from tanks, avenue plantation and parks among many others.
