Incorporated in 1995 is the flagship Company of the Prajapati Group. The construction business is based in New Bombay where they have handed over more than 1000 flats and office till date.
Driven by fair business principles laid down by their father Late Shri Rohitashwa Prasad Prajapati, the Directors carry on the business in a systematic and professional way.

The Managing Director, RAJESH is a qualified MECHANICAL ENGINEER with Distinction from the VICTORIA JUBILEE TECHNICAL INSTITUTE (VJTI).
He is also a very enthusiastic philanthropist and has many social feathers in his cap of achievements. He is the Founder President of 'Builders Association of New Bombay' & is honoured as the "Jewel of Navi Mumbai" by the Indian Merchants Chamber.
