'Shine Highland' is proposed on a plot of land measuring 14,400 sq ft (1 Bigha) as a residential project where 16 residential units in a G + 4 structure would be constructed.
The project is located on the top of a hill and the surroundings are very scenic. The area is a posh locality Geetanagar in the Zoo Narengi Road. The NOC for the project has already been procured and the construction work is expected to be started soon.
