With the whole hearted support/response from investors, home makers and business community to own our property, and with a view to enlarge/extend our activities, we have inducted new/fresh/qualified/economically sound investors as our Share Holders and formed this new Private Limited Company..
Our Company which is in infant stage is taken parental care by team of well qualified professionals who by their expert knowledge and vide working experience will make the Company PIONEER in near future.
Activities of the Firm
The main target of the Company is to provide housing facility to budgeted middle class. The dream of middle class is to own a house with their restricted means in this Chennai Metropolitan City and to have modern amenities in their budgeted cost.
Keeping this in mind, our Company is developing residential apartment in the outskirt of Chennai. We are providing city amenities/facilities in mofussal areas also. Our residential apartments give village calmness in this city conjuction. We are undertaking Joint Ventures, individual contracts, and architectural guidance.
Our aim is to build posh apartment within budgeted affordable cost. Clean documentation and loans are arranged from Banks/LIC. Our main motto is to build, deliver flats at budget prices and to serve the middle class community.
