Palace Homes is a proprietary concern founded by Mr S. Kumaar, an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad ('81 Batch) having over 25 years of senior corporate experience in India and abroad. In India, he was associated with SPIC Ltd., MAC Industries Ltd and Karvy Consultants Ltd in various senior positions between 1981and 2001. He has also been a Director on the boards of several M. A. Chidambaram Group Companies like SDB LTD, Jets Electronic Press Ltd., Beta Industries Ltd, MAC Packaging Ltd., Kanakangi Investments Ltd etc. Palace Homes® was started on 23rd June 2005.
