Visakhapatnam generates prospective job opportunities which in turn have made it a realty hotspot as well. \u00a0Vizag has also been recognized as one of the ideal destination for multifarious businesses.Apart from this other industries like the shipyards and fisheries have also seen significant growth in the recent times. Companies like Zinc, GAIL, Hindustan Ship Yard and BHPVL add to the industrial strengths of this region. Moreover steel plants and its related industries have contributed to the strengthening of the city\u2019s economy. All these factors have attracted huge investments in different sectors of this city.With the onset of the Information Technology, real estate of this city has seen phenomenal growth. The increase in the number of migrants has lead to a steep rise in the demand for commercial as well as residential spaces.
