A NH-5 connects Bhubaneswar to the rest of theStates and cities. The city public transport is run by the Bhubaneswar-Puri Transport services. Almost 125 buses run across the city covering all its major destinations. The East coast railway and the Biju Patnaik Airport provide excellent connectivity to other regions. Education in Bhubaneswar adheres to world class quality.IIT Bhubaneswar, AIIMS Bhubaneswar and other prominent colleges and institutions are present in this city. All this has lead to an increase in the demand for real estate activities in Bhubaneswar.Many localities in Bhubaneswar are witnessing real estate growth owing to the rapid development of infrastructure and industries. For example let us take the Hans Pal locality of Bhubaneswar. There the property rates are somewhere between Rs.2, 100 to Rs. 2,500.
