An initially underdeveloped suburb, Pimpri-Chinchwad is now one of the major hotspots for residential, commercial and industrial projects. The main reason behind the increase in demand for homes in this area is the affordability in prices. There has been a tremendous improvement in infrastructure and other facilities as well here. The roads in Pimpri-Chinchwad are well developed, and this area is also directly connected to the Mumbai-Pune National Highway. This area is attracting a number of home seekers due to all these developments and affordability. In the past six months, Pimpri-Chinchwad has experienced a rise in the residential prices by 13-15%. The capital values here have increased by 5-10% here. The PCMC (Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation) also holds credit for better water supply than the PMC (Pune Municipal Corporation). This is also a major reason behind the increase in housing demand in this locality. The areas of Rahatani, Moshi and Chikli are located on the outer limits of PCMC and are expected to witness a rise in demand for residential projects.Goel Ganga Group is having two projects in Pimpri-Chinchwad.
