It has come out as a major investment option in India. When the economies of leading countries in world are facing a down fall, Indian realty sector is booming in flying colors. Once there came a bubble in 2005 but after that bubble the sector has touched new heights. Again in the year 2007-08 a little fall was experienced but things got much better after every bubble in the realty sector as the prices went up at a much faster pace after that and today we can see it at its highest. In four years a drastic change has come in realty and this appreciation in the real estate has attracted the attention of everyone around the globe.Global interest in Indian market is due to the policies of government regarding the foreign direct investment which has contributed in attracting foreign players to invest in the hot spot of world. This investment is not only in realty but in industrial and economic sectors as well. But ultimately the growth of various industries leads to appreciation in realty sector. The government policies also helped in bringing out the money kept in Swiss banks so as to use it for the investment in India. There is a three times more foreign investment in real estate is recorded in the past few years. All metro and big cities like Mumbai, Delhi<\/a>, Bangaluru, Chennai, Pune, etc. are seeing a surge in demand in residential, commercial as well as retail sector.\u00a0\u00a0 No doubt the real estate sector in India is the most revenue generating sector among all. Not only the foreign investors but the domestic investors also find real estate investment a profitable option as there are very rare chances of loss of upward growth in India.As the population is growing fast the demand for residential space is increasing day by day. With development of various industries like IT sector played an important role in growth path of real estate as they made the employees capable of buying luxurious residences thus boosting the demand of high end real estate. Buying power of people keeps the demand constant. Easy access to loans for properties encouraged the demand and thus contributed in the growth of real estate.\u00a0 The fast growth of Indian economy is clearly seen in all major cities via its development and appreciation in the prices of real estate. Technology does play an important role in real estate growth as you can see all new upcoming projects in cities like Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi, etc. are high tech with ultra modern inbuilt technology. This adoption of advanced technology whether in construction, designing, security, creating homes, offices, commercial spaces, attracted foreign investors. The easy governments policies on FDI have helped in bring foreign funds via investors. The system of operation in real estate has become more efficient and technically advanced in order to facilitate foreign investors. There is a good number of foreign investors in Indian realty as they are making huge profits out of their investment. The downfall of rupee value is also a reason for them to put their money in investment in India. Thos NRI\u2019s who are looking forward to a retirement home in India are having real good choices to make their decision in terms of cost, luxury, necessary facilities and homely surroundings. Now things have changed and the way people looked at our country is also changed. People are getting all the quality of life here that too at a lesser cost and the living expenses with western lifestyle is cheaper in India.
