Moreover the suburban areas of Hyderabad have also been pulling in huge real estate investments.The reason for this tremendous development is attributed to the infrastructure enhancement which has geared up property sales in some of the prime locations of the city. Even if the prices of newly launched projects seem to be a bit higher than the resale properties, buyers are ready to invest in these for its promising ROI.  Resale properties though are more affordable, property seekers prefer to go in for new constructions.
