\"\"Chennai: <\/strong>A recent study of the current real estate scenario <\/strong>has revealed that office rental in prime commercial areas of Chennai is now witnessing stability. With the advent of IT boom in Chennai, commercial spaces were experiencing an all time hike in prices. The infrastructure of this city is at par with other Metropolitan cities of India. All this in turn had lead to a massive increase in the prices of commercial properties for sale or on rent.With the onset of economic slowdown, rentals of office spaces are gradually decreasing and now seem to be showing notable consistency. Also the number of commercial spaces lying vacant in some of the prime localities of Chennai seems to be an issue of concern. The owners of commercial spaces hold a different opinion on this.
