As per the demand of the public for small sized flats in apartments, builders in Ahmedabad have devised a plan to commence the construction of the small sized residential plots.Many of the buyers who want to purchase the one or two bedroom flats in apartments fall within the age group of thirty years. Also this scheme of constructing of small sized apartments has started in the industrially developing areas like vatva, sanand and other industrial areas all around Ahmedabad City.One of the reputed builders of Ahmedabad has stated that many of the builders had initially planned to start the construction of the flats having three bedrooms. But now they have realized and have commenced with the construction of small sized apartment plots due to the growing demand for these flats from the people in service.The super built up per square feet area of a normal two bedroom sized flat in the apartment ranges between 950 square feet area to 1350 square feet area. On other hand a one bedroom flat in the apartment ranges between 630 square feet area to 850 square feet area.
