Here are some useful tips to make your kids\u2019 room special for them. Use these ideas while decorating or renovation the kids\u2019 room.<strong>1.<\/strong> Kids are energetic and love to be fully charged throughout the day. That is why it is important to use bright colours for their room. If you have separate rooms for boy and girl then choose <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/blog\/tips-for-choosing-colors-for-your-home\/\" target=\"_blank\">colours<\/a> according to that. One can go for vibrant colours like blue and yellow which look fabulous for kids\u2019 place.<strong>2.<\/strong> Nowadays kids are so involved in cartoon characters that they sometimes find them real and love to collect their posters or DVDs. We can choose their favourite cartoon character and stick it to one wall. They would love to see their favourite character by their side. There are various characters available in the market in different sizes and combinations. For example characters like Doremon, Mickey Mouse, Cinderella, Snow White, Mowgli, Dora, Barbie, etc.<strong>3.<\/strong> One can find theme based cartoon characters too in the market that can widen the view along with giving a beautiful look to the wall. These characters are available in the form of stickers as well as in an option of actual paint. The second one can be expensive and long lasting but the first one is cheap but inexpensive and can be changed as per requirements and choice of kids.<strong>4.<\/strong> Boys love cars, space ships, rockets, robots, etc. You can make some hanging of planets, space ships, rockets, planes at home and hang them with a thread on the roof of kids\u2019 room. Do use some good quality glitter and bright colours to highlight them. It is easy and economical way to decorate your kids\u2019 room looking extraordinary.<strong>5.<\/strong> For girls room use some twinkling stars and moon as roof hangings. Do keep the look soft and fragile.<strong>6.<\/strong> Keep your kids room well organised that they can find place for everything. Kids love to have separate area for different activities. In modern time the bungalows have turned into row houses and row houses turned into apartments. Now it is difficult for us to provide a tree house, a garden or a lawn for our kids to play in. Their room is the only space that is meant for them. That is why it is important that we make their room in such a special way that they have place for every activity they want to indulge in. We can make a play area within the room, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/blog\/tips-to-design-the-perfect-study-room-for-your-kids\/\" target=\"_blank\">study place<\/a>, sleeping place and no doubt a hiding place. All these make sense for a kid. In a small sized room also you can manage to arrange all these things. Kids don\u2019t look the size but they want their place for different activity.<strong>7.<\/strong> If the size of the room is small use a bunk bed with study and wardrobe in it. It can save on space as well as can serve three purposes without any clash. You can use remaining space to make a play area for them.<strong>8.<\/strong> A head board on one wall can be a good idea. It can show case the art works of your young artists.<strong>9.<\/strong> Do not fill your kids\u2019 room with junks that is not accommodated in any other area of your home.<strong>10.<\/strong> Keep the kids\u2019 room neat and clean always to avoid any infection.<strong>11.<\/strong> You can use dark or bright coloured bed sheets or bed covers to look the bed attractive and inviting.<strong>12.<\/strong> Make sufficient space at a suitable height to keep toys and games properly. Ask your children to arrange their toys themselves after playing.<strong>13.<\/strong> Very heavy furniture should not be used for kids\u2019 room as it will occupy and block the room. Kids love space. That is why it is better to utilise space intelligently so that they have enough room to move around.<strong>14.<\/strong> While choosing the furniture for children\u2019s bed room one should be careful that there are not any sharp corners in it which can harm our little ones.<strong>15.<\/strong> Make their room comfortable, properly organised and pleasant by using vibrant colours, cartoons, funky curtains and soft bed covers. Do not keep too many things in the room that it becomes difficult to clean the room regularly.<strong>16.<\/strong> Do not use many colours and cartoon characters at one time. It will look messed up. Choose a theme and then go with that while doing up curtains, walls, bedcovers, roof hangings, furniture colour, lights, etc.<strong>17.<\/strong> Encourage your kids to make some useful art work for example a dustbin out of waste (empty bottle) with a funny face or using character saying \u201cUSE ME\u201d. It will help them to use it as they have made it by themselves. They will understand the importance of that.
