Salunke Vihar, one of the oldest residential colonies around is a defense colony. Fatima Nagar is built around St. Patrick\u2019s Church and is older than the other locations in this area. NIBM, Wanowrie is considered an exclusive enclave for the elite with Utopia, Clover Village and a few others considered to be one of the best in Pune. Pune\u2019s biggest residential area is in Salisbury Park, called Mira Society.
