Now the question is what makes Pune a better choice over other cities when it comes to invest in real estate. No doubt Pune has witnessed very fast real estate development and the process is still continuing and will remain the same until the saturation point comes. All big software firms including Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Persistent, KPIT Cummins, Tech Mahindra, IBM, etc have their base in Pune. Many IT parks are already there and new ones are coming up. So the city is pulling in the professionals from around the country. It is one of the factors that have contributed to real estate development as the residential demand has increased.
