The company has received around 2,500 applications from the potential homebuyers for this affordable luxurious housing project.According to the sources, the IPO style pre-launch lasted for 9 days, now the company has closed the process. The Deputy Managing Director said that this is one of the biggest and exclusive real estate offers which is already seeing a robust wait-list of over 500 applicants.The company thought of undertaking some different method so that it can witness a larger participation of people who are trying to find right home at good price.Apart from Thane, the IPO style pre-launch was simultaneously carried out in other parts of India and in countries around globe like London, Dubai, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore.The project offers premium 1 and 2 BHK apartments, priced Rs. 55 lakh onwards. Under this IPO pre-launch model residential units will be allocated through an automated process. Such kind of model is introduced for the first time under affordable housing category. This model has the potential to change the real estate scenario.Lodha Developers has already used the IPO style pre-launch for its posh residential project in Worli &#8211; Blue Moon.
