The Delhi-based developer said that the project would come up in next 4 years and would be constructed in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bharatestates.com\/blog\/sohna-promising-realty-destination-watch-gurgaon\/\">Sohna<\/a>, Gurgaon.The project will be developed under a joint venture where CHD would hold 68% of the entire project. The MD of this real estate firm said that they have tied-up with a land owner. The land is spread across 10.025 acres out of which the total saleable area is of about 10 lakh sq ft.He further added saying that the upcoming residential project would comprise of 1,380 housing units. The total cost of the project is around Rs. 300 to Rs. 350 crore. The cost will be incurred from bank debts, internal accruals and advance amount collected from customers.As soon as the real estate company receives the environment clearance certificate, the construction process would start within next four months. The project is anticipated to get completed in next four years.According to the MD of CHD Developers, this is their fourth project in Gurgaon. Apart from this upcoming project, the company is also coming up with a township project in Karnal.CHD Developers came into existence in 1990, since then the company has developed many landmark projects across India.
