According to a recent data shared by globally recognized property consultant JLL, India, among the major metropolitan cities in India, Bangalore boasts lowest office rentals.The prime rentals in commercial locations of Bangalore are approximately $12 per sq ft per annum whereas in Mumbai, the prime rentals are $70 per sq ft per annum and in Delhi it is $ 55. Not only in India, Bangalore is declared to have most affordable office rentals also in comparison to commercial cities like Hong Kong where the rentals are $130 per sq ft per annum.The CEO of JLL, Asia Pacific said that rents in Bangalore are exceptionally low. The city boasts quality buildings, leased office spaces occupied by international companies and shows huge potential for future growth, thus all these factors together make this city attractive for international investors.
